Using Hans4D

Terms of Use.

These terms cover the Hans4D website and account portal operated by AeroFrohne LLC. The iOS app and App Store purchases are also subject to the terms shown in the app and by Apple.

The website and your account

The website introduces Hans4D and lets you manage a Firebase-backed Hans4D account. The current deployment provides account authentication only; online report publishing and cloud scan storage are not available. Accounts from a previous sign-in service have not been automatically imported. Use accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. Do not attempt to access another person’s account, interfere with the service, or misuse authentication features.

Creating an account does not purchase a subscription, upload your scans, or create an online project workspace. Your account can be deleted through the signed-in account panel after identity confirmation. For help, contact info@aerofrohne.com.

The iPhone app

Hans4D’s room capture features run in the iOS app on a supported LiDAR-equipped iPhone. The website cannot perform a room scan. Device, operating system, feature, and regional availability may affect what you can use. Review the current App Store listing and in-app information before purchasing.

Measurements, geometry, point clouds, architectural outputs, and reports depend on capture quality and your review. Independently verify them for construction, surveying, legal, safety, or other decisions requiring accuracy. Hans4D does not promise survey-grade accuracy or replace professional judgment.

Subscriptions

Hans4D Monthly is an auto-renewable subscription purchased in the iOS app through Apple. The App Store displays the subscription’s price, duration, and renewal terms before confirmation. An active subscription unlocks the app’s subscription features.

Manage, restore, or cancel purchases through the iOS app and your Apple Account. A Hans4D account and an Apple billing account are different. Deleting a Hans4D account does not cancel a subscription. See Apple’s subscription cancellation instructions when needed.

Your captures and shared reports

You are responsible for obtaining permission to capture a space and for respecting privacy, property, and third-party rights. Review exported or published content before sharing it. Do not publish content you are not authorized to share. A report URL or QR code may allow other people to access its destination.

Scan files remain on your iPhone unless you export or publish them. Keep backups appropriate to your needs. Signing into this website does not back up or synchronize scan files.

Service availability and external providers

Account access depends on Firebase, the selected sign-in provider, your browser, and network availability. Apple and Google may require additional identity checks. Available methods are shown in the account panel. Authentication errors do not indicate that an account action or purchase succeeded.

The website may change as Hans4D develops. Contact us if you find a problem, inaccessible content, or incorrect product information.
