AeroFrohne LLC operates Hans4D and hans-4d.com. This policy explains the website’s account services and how they relate to your iPhone projects.
Information used for your account
Hans4D uses Google Firebase Authentication to create and manage website accounts. If you use email and password, Firebase processes your email address and authentication credentials. Passwords are handled by Firebase’s authentication service; this website does not display or store your password in its source code or application database.
When you sign in with Google or Apple, Firebase receives the provider’s account identifier and the profile information you choose to share, such as your name and email address. Apple may provide a private relay email address. We use this information to identify your Hans4D account, keep your session signed in, and provide account actions.
Current service availability
The current website provides account authentication and account management. Online report publishing and cloud scan storage are not available in this deployment. Previous sign-in accounts have not been automatically imported into this new account service.
Verification, password resets, and deletion
Firebase sends account verification and password reset emails when you request them. These messages contain a link that completes the relevant account action. Do not share account action links, passwords, or verification credentials with other people.
You can permanently delete your Firebase sign-in account from the signed-in account panel. In this account-only deployment, deletion is completed by Firebase Authentication because this project has no account-owned hosted reports or imported legacy accounts. Hans4D asks you to authenticate again before deleting it. If an account action cannot be completed, contact info@aerofrohne.com.
Scan files and reports
This website does not upload, synchronize, or provide access to your iPhone scan projects. Your scan files remain on your iPhone unless you export or publish them using the app’s sharing tools.
If you publish a report from the app, its destination and access depend on the publishing configuration you use. A published URL or QR code may allow others to access the content. Review the destination and audience before sharing property details, people, documents, or other private information.
Browser storage and technical information
Firebase uses browser storage to maintain your authenticated session. You can sign out using the account panel. Clearing your browser’s site data may also remove the saved session.
The website is hosted on Netlify. Hosting and authentication providers may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser details, security signals, and service logs, to operate and secure their services. The website does not include advertising trackers or a configured analytics service.
Service providers
Account authentication is provided by Google Firebase. Google and Apple handle their own sign-in flows under their respective privacy policies. Website hosting is provided by Netlify. Hans4D does not ask you to enter your Google or Apple password into the Hans4D email form.
App Store purchases
Apple processes Hans4D in-app subscriptions through your Apple Account. A Hans4D website account is separate from your App Store billing account. This website does not collect card details or sell subscriptions. Deleting your Hans4D account does not cancel an App Store subscription; manage subscriptions through Apple.
Retention and your choices
Your Firebase account remains until you delete it or it is otherwise removed. Technical service logs and backups are subject to the providers’ retention and security practices. You may contact us about access, correction, or deletion requests for personal information associated with Hans4D.
Use the account panel to sign out, request a verification email, reset your password, or delete your account. For privacy questions, email info@aerofrohne.com. Please do not include your password.
